Two men were thrown through the window of a Gwinnett County Waffle House during a brawl involving at least six people early Friday.

One of the men was in surgery, and both of them suffered extensive cuts, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Just before 2:30 a.m., Gwinnett police responded to a fight at the restaurant’s Pleasant Hill Road location. Multiple people were standing in the parking lot around a man who had a large laceration on his left arm, according to a police report.

Witness Emmanuel Abudu told police he was sitting in the right corner of the Waffle House when the fight erupted. He pulled out his cellphone and recorded the brawl, according to the report.

Abudu provided a copy of the recording to police.

It was not immediately clear what prompted the brawl.
