Two men have been indicted on murder charges in the shooting death of a Woodstock smoke shop employee this past May.

Cherokee County District Attorney Shannon Wallace said the more-than-a-dozen count indictment returned Tuesday accuses Justin Clay White and Dominique Rashad Stevens of Fulton County of murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault and other crimes in the robbery of the Smoke 911 business on Ga. 92 and the killing of clerk Enrique Delos-Reyes, who was shot in the chest. Cash, wallets and store merchandise were taken during the holdup, according to an incident report.

The men were arrested by a federal fugitive task force in June. Wallace said both defendants remain in custody at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center.
