Henry County looking to add pre-k

The Henry County School System is laying the groundwork for a possible pre-kindergarten program.

The Board of Education voted March 14 to approve a district implementation plan for a Bright from the Start program that would begin this fall. The district is now taking steps to apply for state funding and will release more information should it be approved by the state.
