Henry County awards bids for transportation projects
The Henry County Board of Commissioners awarded bids for SPLOST-funded transportation projects recently. At its Feb 2 regular meeting, three projects in the county’s District 2 were approved.
The projects include:
- design services for the dirt road portion of Selfridge Road from Speedway Boulevard to the entrance of the airport; design services for South Cleveland Church Road, currently a dirt road;
- and design services for the intersection of Hwy. 20 and Industrial.
The total cost for all three projects is just over $230,000.
