The city of Hapeville has issued a notice of a public hearing 7 p.m. Aug. 7 in the Municipal Court Complex at 700 Doug Davis Drive, Hapeville, according to a press release.

The hearing will focus on sections of the Code of Ordinances, City of Hapeville, GA Chap. 26, “Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions,” Article 2 “Personal Conduct.”

The city of Hapeville uses Municipal Code Corporation to codify ordinances and keep code current. Municipal Code Corporation provides code in a number of different formats.
