Hapeville Design Review Committee controls city aesthetics

The Hapeville Design Review Committee will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Nov. 18 at Hapeville City offices, 3468 North Fulton Ave. The committee will consider an application seeking approval to construct an elevated glass platform structure at 385 N. Central Ave. Another agenda item is an application seeking approval of installation of approximately 500 square feet of trellis with corrugated plastic roof panels to the rear patio at 102 Arnold St. The committee will also address an application seeking approval to construct a 270-square-foot tool shed at 3174 Lake Ave.
