The Hapeville City Council will consider adopting a proposed pay increase for city staff at its regular meeting 6 p.m. Tuesday at Hapeville City Hall, 700 Doug Davis Drive.. The last raise provided for all city employees was 2005. If authorized, the pay increase would go into effect the first pay period in October.
The council will also consider a memorandum of understanding between the city and Hapeville Elementary School. If approved it will authorize the school, in the event of an emergency evacuation, to evacuate the school children to the Tom E. Morris Sport Complex at 3415 Claire Drive.
