Gwinnett Commissioners recently approved an intergovernmental agreement with Peachtree Corners to jointly use 2017 SPLOST funds to improve the intersection at Medlock Bridge Road and Bush Road.

Peachtree Corners will manage this project. The project is currently in the traffic study phase so specific plans are not yet available, but the project will consist of traffic signal upgrades and operational improvements, concrete sidewalk connections, traffic striping, crosswalks, retaining wall, drainage improvements, and other improvements.

Gwinnett will reimburse the city for 81 percent of total project cost up to a maximum of $2,025,000.
