An inspector found flies in the restaurant’s kitchen, restrooms and breezeway, according to the report. Gravy was held at too low a temperature and waffle batter was held at too high a temperature; both had to be thrown away, the report said.
Expired milk and chocolate milk was found in a kitchen refrigerator, and it was also thrown away, the report said. An employee was seen using utensils that had touched raw beef after washing his hands, which is a cross contamination risk, according to the report.
