Gwinnett Tech to host open house, preview classes at Alpharetta campus

Folks outside of metro Atlanta might not know that Gwinnett Tech has campuses outside of Gwinnett County, but it does.

And on May 31, the college will show off its campuses in north Fulton County.

From 5:30 to 8 p.m. Gwinnett Technical College will host “Preview Night” on their Alpharetta-North Fulton campus, located at 2875 Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta. This is an opportunity for prospective students to learn more about the programs offered at Gwinnett Tech.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn first-hand how to launch a new product, analyze cardiac blood flow, check out cyber security and more. Faculty members and north Fulton business partners will be on site to share details about the programs.

Folks at the open house will also have the opportunity to start their admissions application, meet with financial aid specialists, explore campus resources and take a self-guided tour of the campus. Representatives from Student Life, Move on When Ready, Veterans Affairs and other departments will be available to field questions too.

“Whether you are interested in a new career, starting college for the first time, or ready to complete that degree you once started, Gwinnett Tech’s Preview Night could be the one event that truly makes a difference to you and your future,” Dr. Kohle Paul, the director of student affairs at the Alpharetta-North Fulton campus said in a statement.
