Gwinnett County police are looking for a possible witness to an accident last month that left one person dead and another seriously injured.

The accident happened Dec. 9 around 5 p.m. at the intersection of Loganville Highway and Patricia Terrace. Police said a vehicle made an illegal turn in front of a motorcycle, causing an accident.

The motorcycle’s passenger, Elizabeth Marooney, 20, of Grayson died in the crash.

Police charged Ismet Huskovic, 72, of Lawrenceville with first-degree vehicular homicide, serious injury by vehicle, reckless driving and making an unsafe U-turn.

Police are interested in talking to a person they believe may have witnessed the accident, and they distributed photos from the scene in seeking the public’s help.
