A crash involving a garbage truck and a tractor-trailer blocked several lanes of I-85 southbound in Gwinnett County for several hours Wednesday morning.
The crash happened just south of Ga. 316, causing significant traffic delays in the area. Only one lane of traffic was open shortly before 7 a.m., according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center. A second lane later reopened.
The wreck was cleared and all lanes re-opened shortly before 9 a.m.
