The Board of Commissioners approved an agreement in September with Coast2Coast Rx prescription discount program to offer prescription drug discount cards to residents. The new card allows all residents, regardless of income, age, health status, or additional insurance to participate and save on medications.
The card is free and now available for residents at most participating pharmacies, local governmental offices, senior centers and libraries and includes more than 60,000 prescription drugs in its formulary. Residents may print the card, check prescription prices and view the nearest participating pharmacy locations at www.coast2coastrx.com.
