Gwinnett to hold animal adoption event next week

Adoption fees for Gwinnett County cats and dogs are $2.14 from Monday through Feb. 15.

The standard adoption fees are $45 for dogs and $30 for cats.

The animals up for adoption have been microchipped, vaccinated and neutered.

Gwinnett Animal Welfare will hold a Feb. 15 event from noon to 2 p.m. with vendors, pet photos and other resources. It’s located at 884 Winder Highway in Lawrenceville.
