Fayette Senior Services hosts community volunteer expo

Fayette Senior Services Inc. has opened registration for local organizations to become a vendor at its third annual Volunteer Expo. Attendance is free. For organizations that utilize volunteers, the skills and resources these remarkable individuals contribute makes the world of difference in providing services to our community. This expo will give individuals interested in giving back and volunteering a chance to come to one central location and speak with a wide range of community-based organizations to discover which one fits their interest and passions.

There is no fee for participating as a vendor, but space is on a first come, first serve basis. A representative from each organization must be present at the event to speak with prospective volunteers. Applications can be obtained through Amy Epperson or in person at any Fayette Senior Services location.

For over 39 years, FSS has been making a meaningful difference in the social, emotional, and physical well-being of adults age 50 and better in the community.
