Here’s a math problem: If $0 = x, then what is x?

The correct answer: Free!

The South Cobb Regional Library is offering a free SAT preparation camp from Walton High and Columbia University students this summer.

The first runs from June 11 to June 15 from noon to 4 p.m. each day, according to the schedule the library posted on Facebook. The second set of camps run from June 18 to June 22.

The instructors are, according to the library: Daniel Shu, who earned a perfect score on the ACT and is Walton’s Math Team captain; Russell Emerine, a USA Junior Math Olympiad qualifier; and Sharon Shu, a senior at Columbia.

Call the library, 805 Clay Road, at 678-398-5828 to reserve a spot.
