There will be a variety of vaccines available for dogs in addition to the 200 free rabies vaccines reserved for the event. All animals in regular contact with humans should be vaccinated against rabies, which can be fatal to pets and people. Gwinnett County has only seen two rabies cases in animals this year, but 12 were reported in 2017.

Rock Springs Park is located at 550 Rock Springs Road in Lawrenceville. The event will be held on Saturday, Dec. 15 from 2 to 4 pm.
