GDOT sets ramp, lane closures for I-285, Ga. 400

More overnight ramp and lane closures for bridge construction have been announced as part of the continuing reconstruction of the I-285/Ga. 400 interchange in North Fulton and DeKalb counties.

The ramp from southbound Ga. 400 to westbound I-285 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly Monday through Thursday, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.

Additionally, two right lanes of I-285 westbound will be closed at the Lake Forrest Drive underpass from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly Tuesday through Thursday; while two right lanes of westbound I-285 will be closed from Ga. 400 to Roswell Road from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. Friday to Saturday.

Also, the entrance ramp from Abernathy Road to southbound Ga. 400 will be closed nightly as crews work on a temporary ramp from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Tuesday through Wednesday, and Thursday through Friday.
