Chief Magistrate Kristina Hammer Blum and Probate Court Judge Christopher Ballar will perform free Valentine’s Day wedding ceremonies and vow renewals at the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse in downtown Lawrenceville on Friday, Feb. 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the old Justice of the Peace Office (Room 103). Couples who are getting married must obtain a valid marriage license prior to the ceremony and bring that original license with them to the ceremony. Couples who are renewing their wedding vows do not need to bring a copy of their wedding license.
