Health screenings required by state law for schoolchildren in all grades will be offered at no cost to all Forsyth County students on Wednesday, July 24, in Cumming.

The vision, hearing, dental and nutrition screenings will be conducted from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Almon C. Hill Educational Center, 136 Almon C. Hill Drive (formerly 136 Elm St.), Cumming. The screenings are required for school enrollment as part of Georgia Department of Human Resources Form 3300.

"Children WILL NOT be enrolled unless an accurate and complete (Form 3300) is submitted," the Forsyth County School District says on its website. "This can cause delays to your child's start date and also cause additional trips to the registration center."
