Forsyth County public schools is asking parents to comment on its proposal to open a  Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics academy at Forsyth Central High School.  The academy would open in August 2011 and create engineering and biotechnology programs; expand advanced science and math course offerings; compete in co-curricular events including Science Fair, Science Olympiad, Robotics, and Rocketry, and develop Robotics Central, an engineering/robotics lab available to all FCS students.
