New York Times best-selling author and former journalist Mary Kay Andrews will be the featured speaker for the Cobb Library Foundation’s “Booked for Lunch” series on Friday.
Andrews, a University of Georgia graduate, worked as a reporter for 14 years — including 10 at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution — before becoming a professional writer. Her newest book is “Summer Rental.”
The luncheon begins at 11 a.m. Tickets are $25, and proceeds benefit Cobb County libraries.
