Final plat for Kennesaw’s Revival on Main approved
The Kennesaw City Council approved 5-0 Monday the final design for Kennesaw’s Revival on Main at Watts Drive.
This plan consists of 252 residential units in a four-story building, street-front retail commercial area of about 9,000 square feet and 638 parking spaces.
This Central Business District mixed-use project for residential and commercial uses was approved by city officials in July 2012.
Variance approval from the city’s 50-foot stream buffer standard was granted at a special called meeting in December 2013.
