The president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta will speak at the University of Georgia's summer graduation. Dennis Lockhart will deliver the commencement address at the ceremony, which begins at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 6 at Stegeman Coliseum. About 1,000 students are expected to graduate. Officials will know how many diplomas to hand out after students finish finals Aug. 5.
