Fayetteville’s Water and Sewer Department has changed its software system, which will result in new procedures for paying utility bills. Each customer will be assigned a new account number that must be used for all future transactions.

Residents now have the option of receiving and paying their bills electronically by signing up at billpay.fayetteville-ga.gov/esuite.utilities.

Payments can be completed online using automatic monthly payments or with credit cards for individual payments. Bills can still be paid by regular mail and via the drop box or city office at 240 S. Glynn Street.
