Authorities say the return to Savannah of three men charged in the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old Savannah College of Art and Design student has been delayed.

Savannah-Chatham Metro Police said 20-year-old John Adams, 18-year-old Daniel M. Izzo and 21-year-old Alex Cowart were to be extradited to Savannah Saturday from the Fulton County jail. But Chatham County Sheriff's Office officials said Saturday the men likely wouldn't be extradited until sometime next week.

Sean Giroir died Thursday after he was shot outside his Savannah home following a home invasion. Mike Levi, 21, was treated after being shot in the hip.

Police charged all three suspects with armed robbery. Izzo and Cowart also face murder charges.

Police say the three suspects entered the home and took money and marijuana.

Police are investigating a drug operation found in the house.
