Expect delays during construction

Expect traffic delays from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Friday on Atlanta Road while construction continues on a SPLOST project to replace the twin bridges at the Interstate 285 interchange with a single four-span bridge.

Lanes will close during this week’s bridge demolition and barrier wall installation in the median on Atlanta Road. Lanes will also close 9 a.m-4 p.m. through Friday for construction on Smyrna’s Concord Road from South Cobb Drive to Atlanta Road.
