The location in Duluth received a failing score of 64 on Thursday, according to a report published by Gwinnett County. An inspector noted that fruits and vegetables were not properly washed, food was not time-stamped correctly and mold was growing on a couple of strawberry packages.
A follow-up inspection is expected to take place within 3-10 days.
