The Dunwoody Zoning Board of Appeals will have a regularly scheduled meeting and public hearing at 6 p.m., Oct. 1, at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103. The board will consider:
- a variance to exceed the allowed lot coverage for construction of a deck by the owner of 4546 Tilly Mill Road
- a variance to encroach the city's 75-foot stream buffer and a special exception to build a retaining wall that will likely exceed 8 feet at its highest point, for the installation of two retaining walls related to the construction a new wooden deck at 4443 Dunhaven Road
- a variance to encroach the city's stream buffer for installation of a walking trail and related improvements to property owned by Dunwoody Baptist Church, 1445 Mt. Vernon Road
