Jeanne Landry, 2018 Chair of the Board of the Dunwoody Perimeter Chamber and VP of Human Resources at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital, announced a new strategic direction for the Dunwoody Perimeter Chamber during its 2018 Annual Meeting on March 16, according to a press release.

While the chamber will continue it’s networking and educational opportunities, 2018 will bring a shift to the more inclusive mission of advancing economic prosperity and visioning itself as the premier business organization in the region. Landry stated, “to do this we will focus on three areas: business impact, investor success, and chamber stewardship.”

The Chamber will serve as an impact organization for businesses by engaging in economic development, fostering collaborative regional leadership, and advocating for business prosperity. The primary objectives as they pertain to investors will be to provide opportunities for greater investor success by expanding engagement, opportunities for increased return on investment, and promoting leadership development.

Although the organization is very strong, the Chamber also looks forward to carrying out its mission and vision with leadership and resources by improving financial solidarity, developing grown strategies for investors and engagers, and continuous positive strategic direction.
