Haley Matthews, 12, of Dunwoody and her mom, Tracy, will be guests at a state dinner with First Lady Michelle Obama Aug. 20 at the White House. Haley's recipe for stuffed zucchini boats was among 54 top entries in the Healthy Lunchtime Challenge sponsored by Epicurious.com and the departments of Education and Agriculture.
A free cookbook with all the winning recipes will be available online in August.
