In Vidalia, Brittney Holland was on Facebook this week when she saw a story about the arrest of Tahja T. "Mayhem" Williams in DeKalb County.

She began to cry.

“If it was up to me," Holland, 27, said, "he would never see daylight again.”

In DeKalb, Williams, a purported "Double OG" in the Bloods gang, is accused of killing a 15-year-old girl in a shootout at a gas station.

In Vidalia, he's accused of killing Holland's cousin.

James Tremaine Green, 32, died on Feb. 8, 2014, after two shotgun blasts to the stomach at his home. Suspects had fled the scene when police arrived, and Williams was not arrested at the time.

Williams and two other alleged Bloods were indicted this September with murder, burglary and other charges in that case.

Police haven't released a motive. Holland said it was a robbery.

Afterward, people told Holland's family Williams wouldn't be found because he had likely fled to Florida.

According to DeKalb police, he was on Glenwood Road this August when Keaira Palmer died. She was walking out of S and N Lotto with a group of people.
