Doraville City Hall flags were at half-staff Friday in honor of community advocate Cindy Bradford, who died Wednesday following an illness.
Bradford was an officer in the Northwood Area Neighborhood Association and instrumental in coordinating the listing of Northwoods Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places, last June. Separately, she was inspired after seeing a neighbor’s sign designs and led a committee that raised funds for new signage at the neighborhood’s entrances.
A memorial service will be held soon.
