Airlines were forced to cancel more than 1,100 flights after a massive power outage at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport Sunday.

The Federal Aviation Administration expects operations at the Atlanta airport to be “back to normal” some time Monday, but in the meantime passengers are scrambling to rebook flights or find alternative routes.

However, DeKalb Peachtree Airport, about 20 miles north of Hartsfield-Jackson, is not an option for diversion flights.

The operation commonly known as Peachtree DeKalb Airport or PDK is a general aviation airport that does not offer commercial flights.

PDK posted this information on its Facebook page Monday “in an effort to reduce additional frustration.”
