The developers tout open floorplans, finished terrace levels and gourmet kitchen designs.
An application requesting to change the land use plan from "suburban" to "town center" was approved by DeKalb County in September 2014. The paperwork detailed plans to construct 81 townhomes "at a density of 11.7 units per acre" on the property that has 869 feet of frontage on Clairmont Road close to the VA Medical Center.
