Deputies seek help investigating crash

Cherokee County authorities are asking the public for help with an investigation into a crash on Highway 92 Monday afternoon.

A green Ford Escape collided with a gray Toyota Camry around 3:15 p.m. near Baxter's Grocery, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office.

The stories given by the male driving the Ford and the female behind the wheel of the Toyota conflict, said Lt. Jay Baker. He said the female suffered cuts to her face and fractures in both arms while the male suffered minor injuries.

Anyone who witnessed the crash can help determine what happened by calling Deputy Hal Daniel at 770-720-7079.
