Barrow County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man suspected of stabbing two people Monday night.

The suspect fled the scene on foot, but was later arrested at a home in Bethlehem.

Manuel Angelo Finch, 45, allegedly stabbed a man and a woman at a residence in the 200 block of Eastbrook Drive in Winder.

Police were dispatched at 6:45 p.m. and K-9 units were brought to the scene. Investigators were able to interview the victims and witnesses.

The victims were taken to the Barrow Regional Medical Center and are in stable condition, police said.

Just before midnight, deputies went to a home on Turk Road in Bethlehem. They informed the homeowner they were looking for Finch, "and he allowed them to enter his residence," sheriff's Sgt. Ryan Sears said. "Finch was found sitting in the living room and was taken into custody."

Finch is being held without bond in the Barrow County Detention Center.

Authorities are obtaining warrants for charges including two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of terroristic threats and acts, and four counts of cruelty to children in the third degree.
