A DeKalb County wings restaurant failed its recent health inspection after officials noted concerns about training and cleanliness.

Amazing Wings, located at 428 N Indian Creek Drive in Clarkston, scored 58/U on Monday, according to the inspector's report.

Among the issues was that no one on site was trained in food safety, the report said, also docking the establishment for not having soap at the hand sink for employees.

Windows were left open, and a hole was found in the side of the structure, which gave rise to worries that pests could get inside and cause problems, the report said.

A message left with the restaurant wasn’t immediately returned Tuesday.

Establishments that fail inspections are generally rechecked within 10 days.
