The duo charged in the fatal setup of a beloved Tucker restaurant owner are scheduled to appear in court Tuesday morning.

Imani Burns, 20, who was reportedly a waitress at Mai Thai, and Jarvis Stanford, 23, are accused of murder in the Sept. 10 death of Somphot "Joey" Aromsuk. The 33 year old was killed while fighting off a robbery attempt outside the Hugh Howell Road restaurant.

The hearing, set for 9 a.m. in DeKalb County Magistrate Court, is to determine if the state has probable cause to proceed with the case.

New details should emerge on the crime, which rocked the tight-knit city of Tucker.

Residents and local businesses came together to raise money to send Aromsuk's body home to his mother in Thailand.

The suspects remain in the county jail without bond.
