DeKalb opens new park Saturday

DeKalb County’s Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon Saturday for the newly-created Springbrook Park, 1502 Springbrook Road, Decatur. The public is invited to join county officials and recreation staff to learn more about the neighborhood park.
