DeKalb man killed in six-vehicle I-75 accident in middle Georgia

A Decatur man was killed Sunday night when his vehicle was hit from behind on I-75 in middle Georgia, according to a media report.

Kamil Panjwani, 22, suffered fatal injuries when his Toyota Prius was hit from behind and pushed into a guardrail near the Ga. 49 exit in Peach County, The Telegraph of Macon reported.

The accident happened about 9:45 p.m. and shut down two northbound lanes of I-75 for several hours overnight, the report said.

Officers from Byron police had few other details Monday, The Telegraph report said.
