Covington man wins $3 million lottery jackpot
The lottery paid big to one local man.
Dung Tran, of Covington, won $3 million playing the instant game 100x The Money.
Tran bought his ticket at F. S. Food Mart on Hwy. 278 in Covington, according to the Georgia lottery.
He claimed his prize on Tuesday.
