Atlanta police said a man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting at a Moreland Avenue bar has been arrested.

Jonathan "Ju Ju" Betts, 29, is charged with murder in the Dec. 21 shooting death of De'Juan Cook.

Betts is accused of shooting Cook after an altercation at the Driftwood Drive-In bar in the 1500 block of Moreland Avenue. Betts got into a fight with the mother of his child and when Cook, the woman’s boyfriend, intervened, Betts shot him multiple times, police said. The incident report said Betts stood over Cook as he shot the victim.

Police spokesman Warren Pickard said Betts was arrested Tuesday.
