A Cobb County man is accused of using porn as a teaching tool before forcing a child to perform a sex act.
Joel Dekinderick Dawson, 30, faces child molestation charges for his actions, involving a girl in his care, according to the Cobb County arrest warrant obtained by the AJC. Dawson allegedly made the child watch pornographic material and forced her to re-enact what she saw, the warrant states.
Dawson, of Austell, is already in the Cobb County jail, following his arrest in September, according to arrest records. In a separate case, Dawson is accused of whipping a teenager with an extension cord, an arrest warrant states.
The additional charges were added last week, jail records show.
Dawson is being held without bond.
