Paul Marshall submitted this photo of dusk at Wrightsville Beach, NC. Although Hurricane Florence wreaked havoc on Wilmington Island and the nearby beaches, the area rebounded in a short time. Tourism officials encourage visitors to spend some time at the beautiful beaches, watch the decorated boat parades at holiday flotillas, and browse for coastal-centric gifts at holiday markets by the sea.
