“This picture was taken on April 1 at Dry Falls near Highlands, NC,” wrote Ellen Wing. “With the amount of rain this spring, melting snow and creeks forging together, this photo shows the amount of water flowing over Dry Creek Falls. The green rhododendron leaves proved to show how brilliant the water is.”
