A Colombian restaurant in Gwinnett failed a health inspection on Thursday.

Las Delicias de la Abuela II in Duluth received a failing score of 62 on a routine health inspection after officials found numerous violations.

In the report, a health inspector noted raw eggs on top of ham, raw beef patties above a cut avocado and other examples of food improperly separated and protected.

The inspector also did not approve of wicker-like baskets used to hold bowls with hot food items, according to the report.

A health inspector will revisit the facility early next week, the manager told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

"With every single inspection that we have, we're going to learn something every single day," he said.

The facility previously earned a perfect score on its health inspection in January.
