Cobb County board members look to change leader's evaluation process

Cobb County's school board discussed changing the evaluation process for its superintendent at its Wednesday work session. Board member David Morgan proposed using test scores to evaluate the superintendent. Board members plan to decide by next month which tests to use and how much weight they should hold in a superintendent's evaluation.
