Cobb board appoints two principals

Cobb County's school board approved the appointment of two principals at its work session Wednesday. Mitchel Bivens was appointed to lead Lindley Middle School. He previously served as principal of Green Acres Elementary School. Sharon Arduino was appointed as principal of Chalker Elementary School. He previously served as assistant principal of King Springs Elementary. Both appointments are effective immediately.
