Cobb animal shelter holds adopt-a-thon
Cobb County Animal Control will hold an adopt-a-thon from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday as part of the ASPCA Save More Lives Challenge.
Adopt a pet at special rates and enter a raffle in a festival-like atmosphere with vendors, food, animal rescue groups and demonstrations by police dogs and trainers.
